SENIOR HR MANAGER in N. Dallas
Our client is looking for hands-on, systems-driven HR leader focused on HRIS, compliance, and operational HR execution who will own HR systems, compliance, and operations across a multi-state workforce.
Experience:
5-8 years HR experience
Strong HR Generalist background
Staffing, professional services, or contractor-heavy environment preferred
Core Capabilities:
HRIS Ownership (Workday, ADP, Oracle, SAP)
Compliance Expertise (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, OSHA, I-9/E-Verify)
Payroll + Finance Integration Data & Reporting (dashboards, metrics)
Nice to Have:
Spanish bilingual
Staffing or EOR experience
SHRM-SCP / SPHR
