Senior Systems Engineer (Tier 3)

We’re working with a high-quality MSP looking for a Senior Systems Engineer who thrives in complexity.

This isn’t a ticket-queue role.
You’ll be the go-to for deep infrastructure issues, security events, and multi-system failures—and more importantly, fixing them for good.

What You’ll Do

• Solve complex infrastructure and network issues
• Lead root-cause analysis (not quick fixes)
• Own servers, virtualization, and cloud (Azure/AWS)
• Drive cybersecurity and incident response
• Mentor the team and reduce future escalations

What You Bring

• 5+ years in IT, including senior/escalation work
• Strong networking + server experience
• Virtualization + cloud exposure
• Real cybersecurity experience
• MSP or multi-client environment = big plus
