This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and delivering high-quality talent across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Talent Sourcing:
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals
- Build pipelines

Candidate Qualification:
- Conduct interviews
- Evaluate skills, fit, motivations

Candidate Management:
- Manage full lifecycle
- Prepare candidates for interviews

Delivery & Collaboration:
- Partner with sales
- Deliver high-quality candidates

- 1–7+ years in recruiting
