We’re partnering with a growing staffing firm to add a Business Development Rep / Account Executive to their Skilled Trades practice.

This is a pure sales role focused on:

• Hunting new business

• Building client relationships

• Driving revenue growth across industrial and skilled trades clients

You’ll work with clients hiring for roles like electricians, mechanics, technicians, and other skilled labor — helping them solve real workforce challenges.

What we’re looking for:
✔️ 2-4+ years in staffing, industrial, or B2B sales
✔️ Strong hunter mentality and competitive drive
✔️ Comfortable in a fast-paced, onsite environment
