Technical Recruiter (IT / Finance & Accounting Staffing)(On-site)


 

Company is an Austin-based staffing and solutions firm specializing in connecting top talent with high-growth companies across the U.S. Known for a relationship-first approach and deep market expertise, they support clients with contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire solutions.

They are actively investing in their recruiting team and looking for a Technical Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.


The Opportunity

This is a high-impact recruiting role focused on sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier talent. You’ll partner closely with Business Development and Account Executives to deliver exceptional talent across a variety of client needs.

This role is ideal for someone who understands urgency, quality, and how to build strong candidate pipelines in competitive markets.


What You’ll Do

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements and hiring priorities
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates
  • Manage multiple requisitions across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles
  • Deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process
  • Utilize ATS and sourcing tools to track activity and optimize pipeline health
  • Stay aligned with market trends, compensation data, and talent availability


What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of staffing agency recruiting experience
  • Background in one of the following:
    • IT Staffing (preferred): Experience recruiting for both contract AND direct hire roles
    • OR Finance & Accounting Staffing
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals)
  • Experience working in a metrics-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in an on-site, collaborative team setting
