Director of Client Services

Build something that lasts
Client is hiring a Director to launch and scale our IT contract consulting practice across Minnesota. You’ll combine warm access to established enterprise relationships with true new
logo hunting to create a repeatable contract revenue enginepartnering closely with highperforming HR & Finance interim teams and a seasoned IT perm group.


What you’ll do

Prospect, meet, and close Minnesota
based contract opportunities; own the full sales cycle.

Convert warm introductions into active requisitions while continuously hunting net
new logos.

Collaborate with recruiting and solution leaders to ensure speed, quality, and margin on every engagement.

Track activities, pipeline, and starts in ATS; manage to weekly KPIs and monthly starts.


What you bring

Proven success in IT contract sales (staff augmentation, project/SOW).

Minnesota network and comfort with on
site client meetings.

Consultative selling, strong deal judgment, and disciplined CRM habits.

Professionalism and follow
through that build trust internally and externally.
