We’re hiring a Director to launch and scale our IT contract consulting practice across Minnesota. You’ll combine warm access to established enterprise relationships with true new‑logo hunting to create a repeatable contract revenue engine—partnering closely with high‑performing HR & Finance interim teams and a seasoned IT perm group.
What you’ll do
- Prospect, meet, and close Minnesota‑based contract opportunities; own the full sales cycle.
- Convert warm introductions into active requisitions while continuously hunting net‑new logos.
- Collaborate with recruiting and solution leaders to ensure speed, quality, and margin on every engagement.
- Track activities, pipeline, and starts in ATS; manage to weekly KPIs and monthly starts.
What you bring
- Proven success in IT contract sales (staff augmentation, project/SOW).
- Minnesota network and comfort with on‑site client meetings.
- Consultative selling, strong deal judgment, and disciplined CRM habits.
- Professionalism and follow‑through that build trust internally and externally.
