Job Description

Our client, a well-established staffing firm with 25+ years in the industry, is expanding and looking for a proven Sales Executive to drive new contract staffing revenue across enterprise, mid-market, and high-growth organizations nationwide. This role is built for a true hunter—someone who knows how to open doors, secure MSAs, and build strong pipelines quickly.

You’ll step into a high-growth environment supported by mature recruiting delivery, including both U.S.-based resources and a robust nearshore capability across Latin America. Leadership is deeply involved in client engagement and will partner with you on key meetings, strategy, and deal support. If you're driven, consultative, and energized by winning new business, this is an opportunity to scale both your income and your career.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate net-new business through proactive prospecting, qualifying, and closing contract staffing opportunities.

  • Own the full sales cycle: build and manage pipeline, run virtual/in-person client meetings, negotiate MSAs, and convert prospects into long-term accounts.

  • Position contract staffing solutions effectively, tailoring services to each client’s needs and articulating clear value.

  • Re-engage dormant or underutilized accounts while consistently hunting for new logos that fit the ideal client profile.

  • Partner closely with recruiting leadership to align priorities, ensure fast candidate submissions, and maintain high client satisfaction.

  • Track activities and pipeline in the CRM to forecast accurately, prioritize efforts, and maximize gross profit.

  • Collaborate with leadership on account strategy, pricing, and market expansion initiatives.

  • Represent the organization in client meetings, site visits, and industry/networking events (with leadership support as needed).

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in staffing or recruiting sales with the ability to quickly open new accounts and secure MSAs.

  • Strong hunter mentality—comfortable with cold outreach, networking, and building a pipeline from scratch.

  • Experience selling contract/consulting services (staff augmentation), ideally in technology or professional services.

  • Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills, including the ability to evaluate opportunity quality (competition, margins, contract length).

  • Self-driven, accountable, and disciplined, with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with confidence in leading client meetings and navigating complex organizations.

  • High ethical standards and respect for non-compete/non-solicit boundaries.

What You’ll Need

  • Demonstrated track record of opening new accounts and driving contract staffing revenue.

  • Ability to quickly generate activity: booking quality meetings, driving new opportunities, and building a solid pipeline within 30–60 days.

  • Comfort selling nationally across enterprise, mid-market, and high-growth environments.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and platforms such as LinkedIn for prospecting, targeting, and outreach.

  • Strong understanding of how to qualify opportunities and focus on high-value requisitions.

  • Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid/on-site capacity depending on location.

What We Offer

  • A long-established staffing firm experiencing significant growth and strong performance heading into next year.

  • Uncapped, highly competitive commission structures with options ranging from strong base + commission to high-commission/low-base or commission-only for those who prefer a performance-driven model.

  • A true split-desk environment with clear GP distribution between sales and recruiting, plus opportunities for overrides where leadership responsibilities apply.

  • The ability to sell a differentiated offering, including a mature nearshore delivery capability across Latin America.

  • Direct access to senior leadership who actively support meetings, help close deals, and remove roadblocks so you can focus on selling.

  • A culture that values autonomy, flexibility, and entrepreneurial thinking.

  • Career growth opportunities, including paths to build a team, lead a vertical, or expand into new markets.

  • Tools and infrastructure including CRM systems, deal/commission management tools, and active sourcing support from a growing recruiting team.
