The Opportunity
This role owns both sides of the desk — client development and candidate delivery — within a defined practice area. You will build new relationships, lead retained and contingent searches, and partner with delivery resources when appropriate.
Responsibilities
Acquire and expand client relationships through consultative engagement
Lead new searches from intake through close
Source, assess, and manage candidate pipelines
Negotiate fees, terms, and offers
Drive measurable revenue and relationship outcomes
Ideal Profile
3–7+ years in full-desk search or high-autonomy production seat
Demonstrated ability to originate and fill work
Comfortable operating with accountability for both revenue and execution
Professional credibility with senior-level stakeholders
