The Opportunity
This role is designed for a revenue-carrying business developer who can open new client relationships and expand existing accounts across professional and executive search services. You will work alongside experienced delivery teams and leverage an established brand with deep market credibility.
Responsibilities
Drive new-logo growth and client expansion within assigned region and practice verticals
Build and manage C-suite and hiring-leader relationships across mid-market and enterprise accounts
Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery and retention
Lead client negotiations, presentations, proposals, and onboarding
Maintain consistent production against revenue and profitability goals
Ideal Profile
3–7+ years of business development experience within staffing, search, or workforce solutions
Track record of opening net-new accounts and growing managed revenue
Executive presence and consultative selling style
Ability to operate in a high-trust, high-expectation environment
