We are hiring a Business Development professional to drive new revenue inside the Skilled Trades division. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role — not a leadership post — built for someone who wants to own a territory, open doors, and grow accounts across the Southwest market.
What You Will Do
Own new-logo development across the Southwest (priority states: AZ, TX, NM, NV, CO)
Prospect, meet, and close decision-makers across construction, manufacturing, and energy
Expand wallet share with dormant or light-spend accounts
Partner with recruiting to deliver and retain business once won
Keep a read on local market signals and position the firm as a trusted partner
What Makes You a Fit
5+ years in consultative B2B sales; 3+ in staffing or workforce solutions preferred
Documented history of opening and winning new accounts (not just farming)
Skilled at in-person selling — face-to-face meetings are expected in this region
Confident, self-directed, commercially curious, and motivated by production vs. title
