We are seeking a Regional Sales Representative who thrives in a hunter role. This is a front-line business development position—not a management role—ideal for a driven professional who enjoys prospecting, relationship-building, and closing new accounts. The Regional Sales Representative will generate new client partnerships, expand market share, and promote the company’s full suite of staffing and workforce solutions. This role involves significant travel throughout the assigned Midwest region to meet clients and prospects face-to-face.
New Business Development (70%) – Proactively identify and secure new client accounts across key industries; sell temporary staffing, direct hire, skilled trades, and RPO services; conduct in-person and virtual meetings to assess workforce needs and present tailored solutions.
Account Growth & Relationship Building (20%) – Expand relationships within existing client accounts to increase engagement and revenue; collaborate closely with recruiting and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Market & Industry Engagement (10%) – Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and professional forums; maintain awareness of market conditions, trends, and competitors.
Consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly new business revenue goals.
Generation of at least four qualified client meetings per week through prospecting, referrals, and networking.
Maintenance of an active, accurate sales pipeline within CRM tools.
Delivery of exceptional client satisfaction aligned with company standards of excellence.
3+ years of B2B sales experience; staffing or recruiting industry experience strongly preferred.
Proven success as a hunter, with a track record of lead generation, consultative selling, and closing deals.
Familiarity with manufacturing, logistics, skilled trades, or construction sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel 3–4 days per week throughout the Midwest region.
