A privately held consulting and staffing firm is expanding its South Florida practice and seeking a Senior Technical Sales Executive to lead business development efforts across the region. This is a tactical, field-driven role focused on IT Staff Augmentation — reactivating existing client agreements and securing new partnerships within enterprise technology environments.
Drive new IT staffing business and reactivate dormant client accounts across South Florida.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, relationship building, meetings, proposals, and closing.
Partner closely with an internal recruiter to align delivery with client demand.
Reestablish presence within existing MSAs by identifying opportunities for consultant placement and account growth.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through disciplined activity and CRM management.
3+ years of proven success in IT staffing sales or professional services consulting.
Track record of opening new accounts and expanding existing relationships.
Strong understanding of technical roles (developers, engineers, architects, analysts, project managers, etc.).
Highly motivated self-starter with strong communication, follow-up, and presentation skills.
Local market knowledge of Florida’s IT ecosystem and enterprise client base.
