Technical Recruiter
We are seeking a Technical Recruiter with proven experience in IT contract staffing and Managed Services Provider (MSP) programs. This individual will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and placing top technical talent while supporting a portfolio of established enterprise accounts and contributing to new client growth.
Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for IT contract roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals across multiple skill sets, including software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, cloud, and project management.
Partner with hiring managers, account executives, MSP contacts, and enterprise clients to understand requirements, compliance standards, and service level agreements.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies leveraging job boards, LinkedIn, ATS/CRM systems, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen, qualify, and present candidates to account managers and clients with a focus on speed, quality, and cultural alignment.
Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate preparation throughout the process.
Ensure all recruiting activities meet MSP program guidelines, VMS (Vendor Management System) requirements, and client-specific SLAs.
Track candidate activity, pipeline movement, and client interactions in the ATS, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
Leverage existing enterprise relationships to expand placements while helping drive new opportunities through exceptional delivery.
Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to best practices within the recruiting team.
Required Skills & Experience
3–5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a strong background in IT contract staffing.
Previous experience supporting MSP accounts and working within VMS platforms (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass, IQNavigator, etc.).
Deep understanding of IT skill sets and technologies, with the ability to quickly assess candidate qualifications.
Proven track record of sourcing hard-to-find technical talent and delivering against enterprise-level client expectations.
Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with clients, account managers, and candidates.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools (Bullhorn experience preferred).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
