The Opportunity
We are seeking a Business Development Leader to drive growth in the Skilled Trades division. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own business development strategy, build lasting client relationships, and play a critical part in scaling a division that is central to the firm’s expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead local and regional sales growth using innovative and proven strategies.
• Develop and execute plans to acquire new clients and grow revenue.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers across construction, manufacturing, and energy sectors.
• Partner with recruiting teams to ensure exceptional client delivery and satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in consultative B2B sales, with 3+ years in business development, preferably in staffing or workforce solutions.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage full-cycle business development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience engaging with executives and project leaders across industries.
• A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling business.
