What You’ll Do

  • Lead local and regional growth by combining innovative and proven sales strategies.

  • Identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities through networking, conferences, social media, strategic outreach, and cold calling.

  • Build deep relationships with decision-makers—from C-suite to hiring managers—by understanding their unique hiring challenges.

  • Develop and execute winning sales plans that deliver measurable revenue growth.

  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure flawless delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Represent our brand at industry events, in-person meetings, and across professional networks.

  • Provide clear, actionable reporting on pipeline health, wins, and revenue forecasts.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of success in consultative B2B sales, including 3+ years in business development for technology staffing, SOW, or MSP consulting.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a full-cycle BD role.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to sell at the executive level and tailor strategies to win competitive deals.

  • Skilled in a variety of prospecting methods, from cold calling to LinkedIn outreach to face-to-face networking.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
