VP of Sales / Sales Manager – Staffing (Hybrid)
Location: Hybrid (onsite presence expected (203 days per week); open to strong regional candidates)

A fast-growing staffing firm is seeking a VP of Sales or experienced Sales Manager to lead, train, and grow a team of junior Account Managers. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone passionate about sales enablement, coaching, and driving revenue through both new business development and existing client growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on new client acquisition and account growth
Shape and foster a winning sales culture through motivation, accountability, and continuous coaching
Define and refine sales targets across mid-market and enterprise accounts; develop strategies to convert leads into long-term clients
Partner with recruiting and delivery leadership to ensure a seamless and high-quality client experience
Serve as escalation point for client issues, consultant concerns, and internal team challenges
Manage team to financial goals and performance metrics including gross margin growth
Collaborate with hiring leaders to recruit and onboard top sales talent aligned with company values
Work closely with the Training department to implement effective onboarding and sales development programs
Implement and track sales incentives, contests, and ongoing motivational initiatives
Conduct regular 1:1s, team trainings, and quarterly performance reviews
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a top-producing sales leader in staffing or a closely related industry
3–5 years of experience coaching and managing both experienced and junior sales professionals
Strong record of mentoring entry-level talent into successful revenue contributors
Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Proven ability to manage sales metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue performance
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Sales, or related field preferred
Results-driven mindset with a strong work ethic and commitment to team success
