Senior Full-Stack AI Developer – Austin, TXLocation: Austin, TX

Position Overview
We are looking for 2 experienced Full-Stack Developers to support an upcoming project in Austin. The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience with React, Python, and TypeScript, along with practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and modern AI-enabled application development.
This is an immediate requirement, who can start ASAP are highly preferred.
Role Summary
We're looking for solid, experienced full-stack developers comfortable working across a modern web stack. This is not a specialist AI role. Strong fundamentals, reliability, and the ability to move quickly within an established architecture matter more than niche expertise.
Tech Stack
• Frontend: React (TypeScript)
• Backend: FastAPI (Python)
• Database: PostgreSQL
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain features across the frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (FastAPI/Python)
• Design and implement PostgreSQL data models and queries as needed
• Work within an existing architecture defined by the project's Solution Architect
• Collaborate with the Digital delivery team and stakeholders
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code review
• Communicate progress and blockers clearly in a remote, client-facing engagement Qualifications
• Proven professional experience with React and TypeScript on the frontend
• Proven professional experience with Python, ideally including FastAPI (or comparable frameworks such as Flask/Django, with fast ramp-up expected)
• Solid working knowledge of PostgreSQL (schema design, queries, performance basics)
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, client-facing consulting environment
• Strong communication skills (this is a client-facing role requiring reliability and responsiveness)
• Must be able to work as a US-based (onshore) resource for this engagement
