Contract- 6 months

Role Summary
The Salesforce Scrum Master / Project Manager will lead Agile delivery and project execution for Salesforce initiatives. This hybrid role is responsible for team facilitation, project planning, cross-organizational coordination, release readiness, production support governance, and transparent reporting of scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and outcomes. Salesforce Administration experience is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities
Agile and Scrum Delivery
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other team ceremonies.
• Coach Product Owners and delivery teams on backlog quality, story readiness, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and sustainable delivery practices.
• Remove impediments, reinforce team accountability, and use delivery metrics such as velocity, throughput, cycle time, and defect trends to improve predictability.

Project Management and Governance
• Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, milestones, schedules, resources, dependencies, assumptions, and delivery commitments.
• Manage risks, issues, decisions, change requests, and action items; escalate matters that threaten scope, timing, quality, or business readiness.
• Prepare concise status reports, steering committee materials, executive updates, and forecasts across concurrent Salesforce initiatives.
• Coordinate internal teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and shared technology partners to keep work aligned and moving forward.

Salesforce Delivery, Releases, and Production Support
• Coordinate Salesforce work from intake and discovery through requirements, configuration or development, QA, UAT, deployment, and post-release validation.
• Manage release readiness, deployment schedules, business communications, training dependencies, cutover activities, and hypercare follow-up.
• Oversee production-support intake and triage, including severity assessment, incident coordination, stakeholder communications, root-cause follow-up, and corrective backlog items.
• Partner with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Architects, QA, and integration teams to balance configuration, custom development, technical debt, controls, and maintainability.
Cross-Organizational Stakeholder Management
• Align priorities and delivery expectations across CoreVest Finance, Aspire HEI, and Sequoia while maintaining visibility into shared platform impacts and resource constraints.
• Facilitate decisions across business, technology, operations, compliance, security, and data teams, ensuring owners and due dates are documented.
• Support disciplined delivery practices appropriate for regulated financial-services environments, including traceability, testing evidence, access controls, and change governance.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or similar role supporting software or platform teams.
• Experience managing Salesforce initiatives and working directly with Product Owners, Administrators, Developers, QA teams, and business users.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities, cross-team dependencies, delivery risks, and executive-level communications.
• Strong facilitation, organization, written communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or comparable delivery and documentation tools.
• Scrum certification such as CSM or PSM, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on Salesforce Administration experience with objects, fields, Flows, validation rules, record types, permission sets, sharing, reports, and dashboards.
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, or related Salesforce certification.
• Project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Salesforce release and DevOps practices or tools such as Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salesforce DevOps Center, and Git-based deployment processes.
• Experience in mortgage, lending, real estate finance, fintech, or another regulated financial-services environment.
