Business Analyst 3 (7084)1 Year Contract

Required
8 Years - Experience eliciting requirements from interviews with customers and creating well-written system requirements
8 Years - Experience with software development life cycles (SDLCs)
8 Years - Business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement experience
8 Years - Experience developing user stories and use cases that conform to business analysis best practices
8 Years - Experience designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices
5 Years - Demonstrated strong communication and facilitation skills
5 Years - Demonstrated strong writing and organization skills
Preferred
4 Years - Documented work experience with TEA OR a federal/state/local education agency OR education vendor
2 Years - Documented work experience with the issue tracking software "Atlassian Jira"
2 Years - Documented work experience with a requirements management software tool, such as "Modern Requirements"
