Job Title: Salesforce Agentforce Architect
Location: Ecuador (Remote)
Work Hours: Must be available to work overlapping with the US Eastern Time Zone, with availability until 5:00 PM EST.
Experience: 10–15+ Years

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of AI-powered Salesforce solutions using Salesforce Agentforce. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem
along with hands-on experience designing and implementing Agentic AI solutions leveraging Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and related technologies.
This is a client-facing architecture role requiring strong communication skills, solution consulting experience, and the ability to work directly with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
 Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of Salesforce Agentforce solutions.
 Design scalable Agentic AI solutions using Salesforce Agentforce for customer service, sales, operations, and business process automation.
 Define AI agent architecture, orchestration, grounding strategies, prompt design, guardrails, and governance.
 Architect integrations between Agentforce and Salesforce Clouds, external applications, APIs, enterprise systems, and third-party AI services.
 Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud to enable contextual and grounded AI experiences.
 Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define AI use cases.
 Conduct discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
 Guide development teams on best practices, architecture standards, and implementation approaches.
 Ensure security, compliance, scalability, and performance across Agentforce implementations.
 Participate in solution estimations, architecture reviews, technical proposals, and client presentations.
 Stay updated with the latest Salesforce AI, Agentforce, and Agentic AI capabilities and recommend adoption strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Salesforce Expertise
 10+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
 Deep expertise across Salesforce platform including:
o Sales Cloud
o Service Cloud
o Experience Cloud
o Data Cloud
o Flow Automation
o Apex
o Lightning Web Components (LWC)
o Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
 Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and integration patterns.
Agentforce & AI Expertise
 Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Agentforce in production environments.
 Experience designing and deploying multiple Agentforce implementations.
 Strong understanding of Agentic AI architecture, including:
o AI Agent orchestration
o Prompt engineering
o Grounding strategies
o Knowledge retrieval (RAG concepts)
o AI guardrails
o Memory and context management
o Multi-agent workflows
 Experience integrating Agentforce with Data Cloud, Knowledge, CRM data, and external systems.
 Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein AI capabilities and AI governance.

Certifications (Mandatory)
 Salesforce Agentforce Specialist Certification (Mandatory)
 Salesforce AI-related Certifications (Preferred)
 Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect (Preferred)
 Salesforce Certified Administrator (Preferred)
 Salesforce Platform Developer Certification (Preferred)

Required Experience
 Successfully delivered multiple Salesforce implementation projects.
 Successfully implemented at least 2–3 Salesforce Agentforce projects in production.
 Experience working directly with enterprise customers.
 Experience leading architecture discussions and technical workshops.
 Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Soft Skills
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Strong client-facing consulting experience.
 Ability to present architecture and AI strategy to senior stakeholders.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 Ability to mentor technical teams and drive technical excellence.
 Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Work Schedule
 Remote Work.
 Must be available to work overlapping with the US Eastern Time Zone.
 Availability required until 5:00 PM EST to support client meetings and project collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications
 Experience with enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
 Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI integration patterns.
 Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, and semantic search concepts.
 Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, or Git-based CI/CD pipelines.
 Experience working with Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Slack, and Salesforce ecosystem integrations.
