Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with 68 years of hands-on expertise in Salesforce administration, platform configuration, declarative automation, and release management. The candidate will work directly with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, configure scalable Salesforce solutions, support deployments, and ensure reliable day-to-day platform operations.
This role requires strong communication skills, ownership, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce environments to ensure platform stability, security, scalability, and performance.
Engage directly with clients and business stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze business processes, and translate needs into practical Salesforce configurations.
Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes, flows, reports, dashboards, queues, assignment rules, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
Manage users, licenses, access controls, security settings, sharing model, and data visibility across Salesforce environments.
Design, build, test, and maintain declarative automation using Salesforce Flow and related platform capabilities.
Plan and coordinate sandbox management, deployment activities, release schedules, and production changes.
Support change management, impact analysis, testing, user acceptance, and production deployment readiness.
Collaborate with developers, QA teams, business analysts, architects, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth release execution.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve Salesforce production issues in a timely and structured manner.
Prepare and maintain system documentation, release notes, configuration documents, and knowledge articles.
Recommend Salesforce best practices, governance improvements, and platform optimization opportunities.
Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with security, governance, quality, and platform best-practice standards.
Required Skills and Competencies
Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and platform configuration.
Excellent understanding of Salesforce declarative capabilities, environment strategy, and configuration lifecycle.
Strong knowledge of user management, security model, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, role hierarchy, reports, dashboards, flows, approval processes, validation rules, record types, and page layouts.
Experience with release management, deployment planning, sandbox strategy, and change control processes.
Working knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Familiarity with DevOps and deployment tools such as Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT, or similar tools is an advantage.
Ability to analyze requirements, identify solution options, and recommend scalable Salesforce configurations.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
Certifications and Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is mandatory.
Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification is preferred.
Additional Salesforce certifications will be considered an advantage.

Experience working directly with US-based or global clients.
Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce implementations or managed services environments.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Knowledge of release governance, change advisory processes, and deployment best practices.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Developers, QA, Architects, Business Analysts, and client-side administrators.
Working Hours
The candidate must be comfortable working in a shift that overlaps with US business hours and must remain available until 5:00 PM EST.
