Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst to work with business, product and engineering teams to convert business needs into clear, buildable and testable requirements.
You will support discovery, requirement detailing, backlog readiness, acceptance criteria and stakeholder communication across Agile delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Requirements & Analysis
- Elicit, analyze and document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Break down epics and features into clear, build-ready backlog items.
- Identify process flows, business rules, data needs, dependencies and edge cases.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with product owners, SMEs, architects, developers and QA teams to clarify scope.
- Facilitate requirement reviews, walkthroughs and sign-off discussions.
- Support sprint planning, demos, UAT preparation and release readiness.
• Documentation & Traceability
- Maintain traceability from requirements to design, development and test coverage.
- Prepare process flows, functional notes, decision logs and open-item trackers.
- Support change impact analysis and prioritization discussions.
Required Technical Skills & Competencies
• 6+ years of business analysis experience in enterprise technology programs.
• Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and requirement
documents.
• Ability to work with technical teams and translate business needs into buildable scope.
• Good understanding of Agile delivery, backlog grooming and sprint execution.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
• Experience in product modernization or platform transformation programs.
• Exposure to API, data, workflow or rules-driven systems.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of testing, UAT and release readiness.
Must-Have Skills
• Strong requirements gathering and user story writing experience.
• Ability to create clear acceptance criteria and functional documentation.
• Experience working with distributed Agile engineering teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
