About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Solution Developer to join an innovative enterprise software platform company. This role is ideal for professionals with strong client-facing experience and technical expertise in no-code/low-code development and SQL.

As a Solution Developer, you will design and deliver workflow automation, integration, and business process solutions using advanced drag-and-drop technologies. You will collaborate directly with clients and cross-functional teams to solve mission-critical business challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Client Collaboration & Support
Work directly with clients to gather requirements and design tailored solutions
Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout project delivery
Solution Development
Build no-code/low-code solutions using workflow, UI, and integration tools
Develop scalable and reusable components for enterprise applications
Process Automation & Optimization
Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation
Improve operational efficiency through innovative technical solutions
Testing & Deployment
Perform rigorous testing, validation, and troubleshooting
Ensure high-quality, reliable deployments

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
5+ years of experience in major software implementations
Experience working with:
A System Integrator (SI) OR
Client Services / Professional Services team of an enterprise software company

Proven experience:
Working directly with end customers
Acting as a solution developer in enterprise implementations
Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code platforms
Strong expertise in complex SQL (commercial-grade use)
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Skills
Experience with hyperService® Studio and DWEP Authoring Tools (or similar platforms)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing requirements
