Enterprise Sales Executive – Salesforce Partner /System Integrator
Location: United States (Remote / Hybrid / Fieldbased)
Employment Type: Fulltime

Job Summary
We are seeking a senior level Enterprise Sales Executive to lead revenue growth for our
Salesforce consulting and system integration services across large enterprise customers in the United States. This role focuses on selling end to end Salesforce solutions, including advisory, implementation, integration, customization, and managed services.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in enterprise consulting sales, a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms, and the ability to position our firm as a trusted digital transformation partner.

Key Responsibilities
 Drive net new and expansion revenue by selling Salesforce consulting and implementation services
 Own the entire sales lifecycle for enterprise accounts—from opportunity identification through contract signature
 Develop and execute account strategies for complex, multistakeholder enterprise environments
 Partner with Salesforce Account Executives, Alliances, and Channel teams to cosell and cowin deals
 Lead solutionbased selling involving multicloud Salesforce programs:
o Sales, Service, Experience & Marketing Clouds
o Data Cloud, Tableau, MuleSoft, Industry Clouds
 Work closely with Solution Architects, Delivery Leaders, and Practice Heads to shape winning proposals
 Position advisory services such as:
o Digital transformation & roadmap design
o Salesforce implementation & optimization
o Legacy system integration & migration
o Managed services & AMS offerings
 Navigate enterprise procurement processes, MSAs, SOWs, pricing, and contract negotiations
 Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and deal governance within Salesforce CRM
 Exceed annual revenue targets through highvalue, longterm client engagements

Required Qualifications
 8–15+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in IT consulting or system integration
 Proven track record selling Salesforce services, not just licenses
 Experience closing $1M–$10M+ multiyear enterprise programs
 Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and implementation methodology
 Expertise in consultative, valuebased, and outcomedriven selling
 Ability to engage Csuite executives and senior IT/business leaders
 Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholdermanagement skills
 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
 Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications
 Prior experience at a Salesforce Summit, Platinum, or Global Strategic Partner
 Strong Salesforce alliance relationships and coselling experience
 Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Consultant certs)
 Industry expertise in Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, or Technology
 Experience selling largescale transformation, managed services, or AMS contracts
