Principal Engineer - Polyglot Java, PHP

Responsibilities
 Define and own end-to-end architecture for large-scale systems
 Provide hands-on technical leadership across Java and PHP (Laravel)
 Drive long-term technical strategy and platform scalability
 Review critical code paths and complex system designs
 Mentor senior engineers and tech leads
 Partner with leadership on technical roadmap and decisions

Requirements
 10-15 years of experience
 Extensive experience as a Polyglot Engineer
 Proven experience designing scalable, distributed systems
 Ability to influence technical direction across teams
 Remote work capability from India
