Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead solution design, technical governance, and stakeholder communication for a large healthcare client. The architect will serve as a
key liaison between client business/IT leadership and offshore delivery team, ensuring alignment between business needs, technical design, and delivery execution.
The ideal candidate should be adept at translating high-level architectural directions into detailed technical solutions, overseeing production deployments through established DevOps processes, and
providing hands-on technical leadership to the Salesforce development team.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for business and IT stakeholders during US business hours.
• Collaborate closely with client leadership to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Communicate solution approaches, timelines, risks, and technical recommendations in a clear and concise manner.

Solution Architecture & Design:
• Take high-level design directions from the client’s enterprise/solution architects and develop detailed technical designs.
• Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, ensuring alignment with integration, data, and security standards.
• Review and validate design decisions, ensuring adherence to best practices, scalability, and maintainability.

Technical Leadership & Delivery:
• Lead the Salesforce development team, providing guidance on solution design, configuration, customization, and integrations.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, performing hands-on fixes and enhancements as needed.
• Oversee production deployments, ensuring compliance with client’s DevOps and CI/CD processes (e.g., GitHub, AutoRabit, or similar tools).
• Ensure high-quality delivery through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to established release management standards.

DevOps & Deployment Management:
• Manage and execute production deployments through client-defined DevOps frameworks.
• Coordinate with QA, Release, and Operations teams to ensure smooth release cycles and rollback planning.
• Ensure backup, data migration, and post-deployment validation processes are effectively executed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 7–12 years of overall Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in an architect or technical lead capacity.
• Proven experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, integration patterns, and data management practices.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, Integration (REST/SOAP APIs), and deployment automation tools.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools such as GitHub, AutoRabit, Copado, or Gearset.
• Experience working with healthcare clients, with understanding of regulatory, data privacy, and compliance requirements (HIPAA, PHI).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interface effectively with senior business and IT executives.
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer II preferred.
