Data Scientist / Machine Learning

Key Responsibilities:
· Improve the automation and standardization processes of our machine learning (ML) platform, which is a crucial aspect of this position.
· Further develop our ML methodologies
· Generating AI predictions through supervised learning techniques (both regression and classification), including advanced uplift modeling. Unsupervised learning may serve as an input for supervised models, and Generative AI (GenAI) can be incorporated when suitable.
· Work with complex and well-structured data sets.
· Identify potential enhancements for our AI platform.
· Build and oversee the performance of ML models.
· Acquire an in-depth understanding of our complex data sets to aid feature development in collaboration with our data engineering team.
· Utilize and enhance our machine learning operations platform, currently based on Azure Machine Learning.
· Work in partnership with our analytics and client reporting teams.
· Depending on your level of experience, provide mentorship to other team members regarding ML solutions.

Qualifications:
· A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in addressing data challenges through machine learning and/or statistical methods.
· Strong coding skills to create automated ML pipelines and develop API connections for integrating AI with existing system processes.
· Proficiency in Python and SQL.
· Experience with supervised machine learning modeling involving structured data.
· Solid understanding of statistics (a formal degree is not essential), especially in the area of conditional probability.
