Sr. Python Developer with AWS/AI Focus
Employment Type: Full-Time
To start with, the role will be fully remote, From next month onwards it will be Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2days remote).

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Python Developer with strong expertise in Python development and AWS cloud to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and tools for image processing, text, NLP, and analysis.
 Design and implement machine learning models for customer use cases.
 Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical AI solutions.
 Optimize and deploy machine learning models into production environments considering compliance, security, and scalability.
 Utilize libraries and frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
 Conduct data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation for various datasets.
 Maintain and improve existing codebase, ensuring robustness and efficiency.
 Stay updated with latest trends in AI/ML, DL, Gen AI, and Agentic AI technology to drive innovation.

Requirements:
 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.
 10+year of proven experience in Python development with a focus on AI/ML, DL, GenAI, and Agentic AI applications.
 Hands-on experience with orchestration tools like Langchain, Langgraph, etc.
 Hands-on experience with data manipulation tools like Pandas, NumPy, SQL, Vectors, etc.
 Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
 Hands-on deployment experience of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI models is a plus.
 Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in team environments.
