Systems Analyst 3 (1525)Austin, TX (Hybrid - On Site and Telework)
Position will be 2 days remote with 2 days (Mon, Tues & Thurs) required to be ONSITE at the location listed above.
Program will only allow candidates who are LOCAL TO THE AUSTIN AREA ONLY (Within 50-mile radius).
4 Months Contract
Required Skills:
11 Years - Hands-on experience designing user interfaces and experiences for enterprise systems, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual hierarchies using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
11 Years - Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into intuitive design solutions that align with accessibility and branding standards.
10 Years - Experience applying UX design principles such as hierarchy, contrast, and alignment to create responsive and accessible web and mobile interfaces.
10 Years - Experience creating wireframes and prototypes that support agile development cycles, including sketch-to-visual fidelity transitions.
Preferred Skills:
5 Years - Experience designing graphical diagrams and visual narratives to communicate timelines, workflows, and system architecture.
3 Years - Demonstrated ability to facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
3 Years - Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field. Equivalent experience may be substituted.
3 Years - Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple design streams across concurrent work effort.
