Job Description
SAP IBP Inventory Optimization (IO) resourceDuration: 6 Months with possible extensions
Remote
This resource will help us transition away from a non-scalable Microsoft Power Platform application currently used for PFEP (Plan for Every Part), which generates global safety stock and reorder point (ROP) numbers. The goal is to move toward a scalable solution within SAP IBP, with potential integration into other applications in our landscape.
Required:
Strong expertise in SAP IBP IO algorithms, including safety stock optimization and constrained/unconstrained planning logic.
Deep understanding of supply and demand planning cycles (ESR/DSR), demand signal propagation, and capacity alignment.
Proven experience integrating SAP S/4, Demantra, and legacy ERP systems.
Ability to assist with drafting documentation and support URS development and system evaluation for PFEP calculator migration.
Strong communication skills and flexibility to work across global planning teams.
Preferred:
Hands-on experience with PFEP methodology, including PowerBI integration and ERP uploads.
Familiarity with financial reconciliation within IBP cycles.
