Senior Web Developer 3 (6009)Austin, Texas (Hybrid - On Site and Telework)

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity.
Required Skills:
8 Years - Experience in software product development, digital design, UX/UI or a related field
8 Years - Designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices
8 Years - Experience conducting user and usability research
5 Years - Demonstrated strong writing and organization skills
5 Years - Demonstrated strong communication and facilitation skills
4 Years - Direct experience leading large-scale UX/UI efforts
4 Years - Documented experience developing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma or comparable design software
3 Years - Experience ensuring designs and websites conform to federal accessibility guidelines
1 Year - A portfolio of user research, visual design, and usability studies that demonstrates a high level of professionalism
Preferred Skills:
3 Years - Documented work experience with the issue tracking software "Atlassian Jira"
2 Years - Documented experience working for or closely with TEA or another state or local education agency
