Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai / Delhi
Full Time
Experience: 4-5 Years

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the luxury interiors segment. The ideal candidate comes from a luxury hotel retail sales background or premium hospitality company and has a strong network with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), interior designers, and architects.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage relationships with HNIs, interior designers, architects, and premium hospitality clients.
Drive B2B and B2C sales for luxury decor materials (custom cushions, furniture, curtains, etc).
Identify and close new business opportunities in premium residential and hospitality projects.
Conduct product presentations, showroom visits, and client meetings.
Achieve sales targets through consultative selling and relationship-building.
Work closely with design and production teams for client customizations.
Represent the brand at luxury exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.

Key Requirements:
4-5 years of experience in luxury hotel retail sales or premium hospitality sales.
Strong network and proven track record in selling high-value, design-driven products/services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Passion for luxury interiors, design aesthetics, and customer experience.
Based in Mumbai or Delhi (or willing to relocate).
Self-driven, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
