Roles & Responsibilities:
·Develop and manage a sustainable seating program plan, including scope definition, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
·Assign and manage resources (personnel, equipment, materials) effectively to ensure timely completion of program tasks.
·Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact the program's success. Develop contingency plans.
·Regularly communicate program status, progress, and challenges.
·Manage expectations and build strong cross-collaborative relationships with all partners involved including senior management, business units, and operational teams.
·Collaborate with various business units to understand their seating needs and integrate them into the overall program. Act as a central point of contact for seating-related inquiries.
·Oversee the planning and execution of seating restacks across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all sites. This includes coordinating logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation.
·Design and implement a seating program that is sustainable and easily repeatable across different locations. Develop standardized processes, templates, and documentation to ensure consistency.
·Work closely with on-site partners to implement action plans. Address any on-site challenges and make adjustments as needed.
·Maintain close communication with support staff to ensure accurate record-keeping, data management, and reporting.
·Maintain consistency of seating implementation across locations and minimize disruption during implementation activities.
Minimum Requirements:
· 5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of success in managing complex projects.
· Familiarity with building layouts, space planning, and facility maintenance practices.
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
· Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
· Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
· Fraud & Claims experience a plus"
