Roles & Responsibilities:
· Support senior team members in assessing the effectiveness and viability of controls.
· Assist in the development of automation strategies and implementation plans.
· Document control processes and procedures.
· Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
· Collaborate with technology and business teams to implement automation solutions.
· Support the monitoring and evaluation of automated controls.
Minimum Requirements:
· 3-5 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or a related field.
· Understanding of control design principles and best practices.
· Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis.
· Good communication and documentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
