Senior Project Manager - VirtualLocation: Richmond, VA (Hybrid) Need candidate within 2hrs drivable distance
Contract
Required
8 Years - IT software project management experience
10 Years - Experience and comfort in managing projects using varying methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid, etc.)
10 Years - Excellent issue, risk, decision and change control capabilities.
10 Years - Ability to establish key processes and norms that are necessary to monitor and control the project in the absence of existing standards and processes
10 Years - In-depth problem solving and conflict resolution skills necessary to resolve disagreements between stakeholders and/or team members
10 Years - Possesses excellent time management skills in order to accomplish all of the administrative tasks necessary to keep the project under control
10 Years - Experience and comfortable in developing a project approach that meets the needs of the project stakeholders
10 Years - Effectively manages scope, schedule and budget to meet project goals and objectives
Active PMP cert (pls upload a copy of the cert under the Reference tab)
Highly desired
4 Years - Previous use of Jira for project tracking and management
