Contract
Letter Generation (OpenText ExStream and In-house solutions) Knowledgeable BA.
Excellent in surfacing, capturing and testing requirements and changes from inception through production deployment.
OpenText ExStream certified (required).
Expert in the configuration of letters and generation of letters for outbound electronic communication.
Strong experience and willingness to accurately document throughout the full life cycle of the change, defect, and implementation project, including user story creation, test strategy, testing, and test results.
Ability to present the change to leadership along with impact assessment. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (U.S.A.) MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint (required).
ServiceNow, Jira (desired), ALM (nice to have)
