Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our US IT Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent research skills, and the ability to identify and engage top-tier talent for various technical roles. As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a critical role in building a pipeline of
qualified candidates to support our recruitment efforts and meet the hiring needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
 Candidate Sourcing:
o Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, GitHub, and social media) to identify and attract top IT talent.
o Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
o Proactively reach out to passive candidates and build relationships to understand their career aspirations.

 Market Research:
o Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to identify talent pools.
o Conduct market mapping and talent benchmarking to support recruitment strategies.
Candidate Engagement:
o Initiate contact with potential candidates through personalized outreach (email, InMail, phone, etc.).
o Screen candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.
o Provide candidates with detailed information about job opportunities and the company.
Collaboration:
o Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
o Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines.
 Data Management:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant TrackingSystem (ATS).
o Track and report on sourcing metrics (e.g., response rates, conversion rates, time-to-fill).

Qualifications:
 Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).

 Experience:
o 1-3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related role, preferably within the IT/tech industry.
o Familiarity with IT roles such as software developers, DevOps engineers, data scientists, cloud architects, etc.

 Skills:
o Proficiency in using sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice,Monster, GitHub, etc.).
o Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques and advanced internet research.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

 Preferred Qualifications:
o Experience working with ATS platforms (e.g., Tracker, Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn).
o Knowledge of US visa and work authorization processes (e.g., H1B, Green Card, OPT).
o Understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
