Talent Sourcer – US Staffing

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Talent Sourcer with hands-on experience in US recruitment/staffing. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates for US-based roles across various domains.
Qualifications:
Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates for US-based roles (IT / Non-IT as applicable)
Use platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and job boards
Apply advanced Boolean search techniques to identify top talent
Understand US job requirements, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and compliance basics
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
Conduct initial screening and validate candidate fit (skills, experience, visa status, availability)
Collaborate with recruiters and account managers for requirement fulfillment
Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS/CRM tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in US staffing / sourcing
Strong expertise in Boolean search and X-ray sourcing
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and other US job portals
Good understanding of US visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT)
Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
