Job Description
As a Sales Executive, you can grow and make a tangible impact by driving new business, expanding client partnerships, and supporting our global outreach. Join us and bring your passion for sales to a company that values innovation, client success, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
You are a hunter who skillfully executes a multi-channel prospecting strategy: cold calling, voice mails, emails, and social selling.
you will be reaching out to C-level executives and HR departments of medium and large businesses.
Identify and target potential clients in the IT services industry, building a pipeline of opportunities
Engage in proactive outreach, conducting research to understand client needs, and developing strategies to win new business
Develop and nurture strong client relationships with global clients, understanding their needs and delivering value propositions aligned with the company.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare tailored proposals and presentations that resonate with prospective clients
Achieve and exceed sales targets through a combination of cold calling, networking, and following up on leads
Monitor market trends to identify potential opportunities and keep a competitive edge
Keep notes on prospect interactions in Tracker (our online database/CRM).

Qualifications and Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in business development or outbound sales, with a focus on IT services and global clients
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach
Self-motivated, resilient, and passionate about meeting and exceeding targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving client needs
Proficient in using Excel with CRM's.
Willing to work in Night shift (US timing)
Availability to join from Feb 2025
