Systems Analyst 3 (5020)

6 months contract (1040 hours)

100% Remote, Work Location With-in the United States - Austin Region Preferred as possible in-person meetings may be required.

Minimum Requirements:

10 years - Required Experience with CAPPS Business Process Design/Redesign/Reingineering best practices

10 years - Required Experience with Business/System/Data Analysis and Improvement

10 years - Required Experience with the development of various reporting mechanisms

10 years - Required Experience with ERP/CAPPS Financials/PeopleSoft in Texas

10 years - Required Proficient with the Microsoft Windows and Office products

10 years - Required Ability to communicate verbally and in writing

10 years - Required CAPPS GL, Commitment Control, Purchasing,E-Procurement, AP,Cash Receipts, Inv, Assets and Grants

10 years - Required PeopleSoft Financial modules implementation and post-go live experience with an emphasis on process improvemt

5 years - Required Leading Five (5) or more State Agency CAPPS Financial Implementations

2 years - Preferred Familiar with TCAPPS configuration with TEA
