Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in EHR implementation or a similar role.
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and processes.
Proficiency in EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts.
Excellent project management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA.
Experience with training and support for healthcare staff.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
