Develop, revise, and maintain technical documentation including user guides, system manuals, and training materials.
Translate complex engineering concepts into accessible content for diverse audiences.
Develop procedural content for executing complex system functions.
Conduct document reviews and acceptance tests for internally and externally produced materials.
Coordinate with project leads and system engineers to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
Apply configuration management and quality assurance standards to all deliverables.
Support documentation planning for new programs and updates to existing systems.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in aerospace, defense, or telecommunications.
Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Adobe FrameMaker , MS Word, MS Visio, XML-based systems).
Experience working with engineering teams to extract and structure technical content.
Knowledge of basic networking fundamentals.
Knowledge of configuration management and document control concepts and processes.
