We're expanding our team at Compass Pointe Consulting and looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to join us!
In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving sales growth through client relationships and tailored staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage client connections nationwide, with a focus on the Mid-Atlantic Markets (DC/MD/Northern VA/Charlotte/Raleigh)
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand staffing requirements
- Develop personalized staffing strategies
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team for efficient candidate placement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of successful sales or account management experience in staffing/recruiting, specializing in Contract, Contract to Hire, and Direct Solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Established client network
- Self-driven and goal-oriented
