Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and solve complex problems.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and deliver greater value to clients.
• Actively participate in all aspects of engineering projects, from planning to execution.
• Continuously learn and improve technical skills.
• Maintain awareness of project budgets and timelines.
• Take ownership of project deliverables, ensuring high-quality results.
• Conduct peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure adherence to client's standard processes throughout project lifecycles.
• Interact with clients, as needed, to provide updates and technical insights.
• Participate in the interview process for new candidates.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, features, and solutions to enhance applications and anticipate future client needs.
• Provide Level of Effort (LOE) estimates for tasks and project requirements.
