Compass Pointe is looking for an Okta Administrator to work 100% REMOTE, MUST BE A US CITIZEN.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

•  
• Perform new application provisioning and application lifecycle management using enterprise IAM solutions (Okta) to enable Single Sign On using SAML, OpenID, OAuth2 and other standards. Maintain system lifecycle software updates and troubleshoot authentication issues. Support integration enhancements and integration reconfiguration for legacy applications.
• Provide production support for Okta and support system outages.
• Assist teams in migrating authentication to Okta, including requirements gathering, configuration, and testing.
• Ensure processing and response to Okta requests to deliver premium security and Access Management services to the organization.
• Monitor production systems to ensure structural integrity.
• Work with the Team Lead to outline the project and product enhancements. Analyze and document system requirements, provide estimates and implement functionality based on a delivery schedule and according to the agile methodology best practices.
• Act as the escalation point of contact for the authentication and access related issues and inquiries.
• Create and maintain system documentation and technical SOPs

MUST HAVE:

•  
• Working knowledge of SAML, OpenID, Oath, LDAP, MS Active Directory, OKTA AD Agents, OKTA connectors, custom rules, workflows, automations, and certification.
• Experience configuring and implementing Okta in a multi-forest and domain environment.
• Okta Administrator or above certification is strongly desired; must be willing to take the certification test upon joining.

• Implemented SSO between Org to Org.
• Implemented IDP Federation using Routing rules.
• Installed and Configured AD Agents and configured the same on the Okta Org.
• Superior troubleshooting skills, resourcefulness, desire and ability to learn new technologies
• Demonstrated strong analytical/problem solving skills and ability to follow procedures and resolve issues
