Location:

Job Description:
We are seeking candidates for a Healthcare Enterprise Architect (multiple positions) opportunity for one of our Healthcare Clients. The Enterprise Architect will handle projects, ad hoc application architecture and design activities independently. The EA will guide the development of standards for data management, application development, application architecture & application integration. The main duties include developing ways to integrate the business’ IT systems, creating and implementing enterprise architecture models and suggesting improvements to current internal functions and IT processes. Leads highly visible multidisciplinary project teams or initiatives and provides thought leadership. Improves organizational performance through the application of original thinking to existing and emerging business models, methods, processes, products, and services..

Requirements
The duties and responsibilities of the Enterprise Architect require a solid set of skills to lead architecture efforts. These interpersonal requirements are in addition to hands-on abilities that require attention to detail and organization. Must be able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and managerial personnel to create scalable, secure, and highly stable enterprise architecture.
IT infrastructure. Duties include:
• Evaluates internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes and suggests improvements.
• Proactively identifies and solves the most complex problems; using ground-breaking methods to think beyond existing solutions.
• Impacts business direction through the development of innovative services.
• Handles project and ad hoc application architecture and design activities independently.
• Guides the development of standards for data management, application development, application architecture & application integration.
• Creates business architecture models to reflect the organization's strategies and goals.
• Suggests ideas to reduce costs and eliminate unnecessary redundancy.
• Provides business architecture and systems processing guidance.
• Ensures the efficiency, security, and support of the organization's goals.
• Creates methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management, and change control.
• Determines and implements build versus buy strategies.
• Establishes and communicates best practices
• Uses ability to develop and implement comprehensive roadmaps across product spaces.
• Acts as a driver of change within the department and throughout the organization.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Experience with healthcare imaging/data management
• Working with C-level, directors, and stakeholders
• Overall experience with servers, network, data, security
• Stellar documentation experience
• Strong communication skills (not only technical experience but soft skills too)
• 7+ years’ experience in system architecture (Infrastructure, networking, application, etc.).
• Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills.
• Good leadership and motivational skills.
• Experience in modeling and graphic representations.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field required.
