Job Title:

Systematics Business Analyst – Any Applications (Core Banking Software)

 

Location:

100% Remote (within the US)

 

Duration:

12 mo. contract to start

 

Job Description:

We are seeking candidates for a Systematics Business Analyst (Core Banking Software) who has worked with any application (ALS, IMPACS, ST, RM, etc) for one of our Financial Clients.  Looking for experienced Systematics Business Analyst who will work with the client’s project delivery team. Business industry professionals who elicit, analyze, communicate and validate business/user requirements for the Core Banking Systems.  Ability to translate these business needs/end-user requirements into functional specifications that describe what the system, process or product must do to fulfill the business requirements.  Other responsibilities include researching issues, defining high level requirements, new functionality review, testing approach, test script details, testing management, interacting with Business deposits team, and working with client’s test automation team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Senior Level Business Analyst with banking, credit union and financial services experience
  • Expertise in requirements analysis/assessments, functional specifications, work-flow and related key analyst functions
  • Specific project experience in Core Banking Software Projects and any Systematics applications (ALS, IMPACS, ST, RM, etc.)

 

Qualifications:   

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience
  • Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, agile, iterative and other modern approaches to software development
  • Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
  • Willingly shares relevant system and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources
  • Excellent problem-solving, team and time management skills
  • Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas
  • Familiarity with Agile workflow tools, such as JIRA and TestRails

 

Education:

A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
