Senior Accountant

Manufacturing | Northern Bucks County, PA | Full-Time, On-Site

Join a well-established, family-oriented manufacturing company known for its strong culture and excellent benefits. We're seeking a Senior Accountant to help lead the daily operations of our accounting department.

About the Role

The Senior Accountant will oversee core accounting functions, analyze and improve processes, support audits and budgeting, and serve as backup for accounting staff as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and conduct variance analysis

• Support the Inventory Control Specialist and Staff Accountant

• Manage the month-end close process and prepare/analyze financial statements

• Assist with invoicing, daily statistical reports, and collections as needed

• Support budget preparation, budget-to-actual reporting, and variance analysis

• Partner with outside CPA firm on annual audits

• Assist with government survey reporting

• Perform other accounting, financial, or administrative duties as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)

• 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience

• Manufacturing accounting experience strongly preferred

• Proficiency in Sage 100, Ceridian, and Microsoft Office Suite

• Cost accounting experience a plus

• Crystal Reports experience a plus
