Infusion Nurse (RN), NJ – Full-Time & Per Diem

Locations: North & South, NJ

Role Overview

Our client is hiring Infusion Nurses (RN) for both Full-Time and Per Diem roles to support in-home infusion patients across their coverage areas in North & South, NJ.

Nurses travel directly from home to patient visits (no central office). Typical visits are ~4 hours, plus travel time. They assign patients to nurses, and over time those patients become part of the nurse’s ongoing caseload. As their caseload builds, nurses gain significant flexibility — they schedule future visits directly with patients based on physician orders and what works best for both parties.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (state-specific or compact)
• Strong IV skills required
• Some Home Infusion experience required (IVIG, biologics, etc.)
• Open to training the right nurse with strong fundamentals (this can be an entry into specialty infusion)
• Reliable car with valid insurance

Compensation

• Full-Time: ~$90K–$110K range (depending on experience)
• Hourly / Per Diem: ~$45–$60/hour (depending on experience)
• Gas and tolls reimbursed per visit

Scheduling / Work Structure

• Flexible scheduling, especially once a nurse has an established caseload
• Mix of assigned visits and self-managed scheduling
• Opportunity to pick up additional visits as needed

Documentation / Process

• Nurses complete a timesheet for each visit (submitted via mail, fax, or scan/email)
• Nursing notes are completed per visit and scanned/emailed to our client
