Our client, an established and growing law firm in Southern New Jersey, is seeking an experienced Plaintiff-side Labor & Employment Attorney to join its litigation team. This role is ideal for a litigator who is passionate about advocating for employee rights and is looking to take ownership of a diverse caseload while working on impactful matters.

Responsibilities:

• Represent employees in matters involving workplace discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, retaliation, and related employment issues.
• Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, depositions, hearings, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Manage cases from intake through resolution, including developing legal strategy and advising clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver effective, results-driven representation.
• Stay current on federal and state employment laws and regulatory developments.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license and in good standing to practice law in New Jersey.
• 5+ years of litigation experience; employment law experience strongly preferred.
• Admission to Pennsylvania bar or ability to obtain admission is a plus.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
