Our client is seeking a Civil Litigation Paralegal to join a growing legal team in Southern New Jersey. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and motivated professional who enjoys supporting attorneys through all phases of the litigation process. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with a trial team on a variety of civil matters while contributing to an organized and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare case-related documents, including discovery materials, motions, and other legal filings.
- Organize and maintain case files to ensure all documentation is accurate and easily accessible.
- Assist with discovery processes, including gathering and reviewing relevant documents.
- Conduct client interviews and communicate with clients and witnesses as needed.
- Manage case calendars and track important deadlines.
- Provide general administrative and litigation support to attorneys.
- Maintain and update case management systems and documentation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Litigation Paralegal required; experience in employment law is a plus.
- Paralegal certification or associate degree preferred.
- Familiarity with New Jersey courts and e-filing systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and document management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Full-time, on site position based in Southern New Jersey (flexible scheduling may be available).
- Competitive salary ranging from $40,000–$65,000, commensurate with experience.
